Digital Application Specialist

Responsible for implementing and supporting Digital Application solutions across the assigned region. Interacts regularly with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management) and external customers (clinics, labs, distributors) to ensure high-quality adoption and usage of CooperSurgical solutions. The Digital Application Specialist is responsible for delivering technical application support for Digital solutions, including RI Witness. This includes project management, training, customer engagement, and post-installation support. The role is key to ensuring customer success and enabling commercial growth.
