Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager sits at the center of go-to-market coordination for the U.S. field sales organization and serves as the voice of the sales organization across functions. Acting as an advisor to marketing and program owners, the role ensures that programs, products, and initiatives are structured and launched in a way that is operationally sound and executable in the field. It owns field-facing enablement platforms such as Showpad and the weekly CooperVision Sales Connection This role is also a central funnel for field questions regarding programs and sales tools. This is a developmental role designed to build cross-functional leadership capability and prepare high-performing individuals for future field sales leadership.

This role supports the effectiveness of the U.S. field sales organization — approximately 285 field sales personnel — serving as the coordination point across sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, and the digital enablement and sales technology teams.; Its impact is measured through the readiness, alignment, and effectiveness of the field it serves. Strong influence in enabling our sales organization attainment of ~$1.3B in revenue.
