THE ROLE
As a Visibility & Merchandising Graduate, you will support the execution of temporary visibility projects and retail activations across Prestige brands in Spain and Portugal.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales and external suppliers, you will help coordinate projects from briefing to implementation, ensuring high-quality execution at point of sale. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with some initial professional experience who is looking to develop a career in retail visibility and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the execution of temporary visibility projects and brand activations.

Assist in coordinating project timelines, production and installations.

Liaise with suppliers to follow up on deliverables, logistics and implementation.

Support the preparation of project briefings, presentations and reports.

Ensure projects are executed according to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Participate in store visits and implementation follow-ups.

Support budget tracking and project administration.

Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams on launch plans and retail initiatives.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT IF YOU HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail, Design or a related field.

1-2 years of professional experience, internships or graduate experience in Marketing, Retail, Visual Merchandising or Project Coordination.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
