In this role you will…
Drive labor planning, cycle time optimization, and continuous improvement for current and future vehicle programs within Final Assembly, partnering across engineering, production, and skilled trades to build safe, efficient, and well-balanced manufacturing operations.
You will drive labor efficiency and capacity planning in Final Assembly at Michigan Assembly Plant. We’re looking for you to help us optimize our efforts in delivery, quality and productivity.
