As a Production Supervisor , you will play a critical role in driving performance, safety, and quality across the shop floor. You will lead and develop hourly team members, build strong working relationships with union representatives and management, and help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Through effective leadership and a commitment to standardized work, you will help ensure production lines run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality levels
