As a key member of the Ford MP&L Forward Model launch readiness team, you can add critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us develop suppliers manufacturing readiness for new program launch while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.

Beyond traditional readiness, you will serve as a Transformation Catalyst acting as the System Transformation Lead within MP&L. You will be the Strategic Liaison and "Voice of the Business" as we undergo a massive Digital Transformation, migrating from legacy environments (CMMS/eDDL) to our Next-Gen SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (MMP and ASCENT). Are you a seasoned Supply Chain professional with a strong background in Tier 1 Supplier operational readiness and management?
