Key Responsibilities
- • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care
- • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring effectiveness and outcomes
- • Observe and document resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
- • Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families
- • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
- • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
- • Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State required
- • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- • Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a care team
- • Compassionate approach with a commitment to excellence in resident care
- • Current CPR and First Aid certification required
