Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term & Post-Acute Care
Location: Lewis Park Post Acute – Hohenwald, TN
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN
Shifts: [Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available]
Reports To: Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee
- CPR/BLS certification (must be current).
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
- 3 year's experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to XX lbs and assist residents as needed.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
