Part Time | Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- • Carry out restorative nursing programs under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- • Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, transfers, range of motion, and other restorative activities
- • Encourage residents to achieve their highest level of independence and function
- • Observe, document, and report resident progress and any changes in condition
- • Maintain accurate documentation of restorative services provided in PointClickCare
- • Foster meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care
- • Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and quality outcomes
Qualifications
- • Current Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required
- • High school diploma or equivalent required
- • One year of experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting preferred
- • Proficient with basic computer skills, including accurate documentation in PointClickCare or similar electronic medical record systems
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
- • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
