Position Description
This is a permanent position in CITIC Securities Asset Management (HK) Limited's Product Development team responsible for authorized fund/ private fund set up. This position will be located in Hong Kong.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Junior member of the AM Product Development team, supporting existing team members in development of public and private funds.
- Candidates with experience in tokenization and ETFs will be given preference.
- Platform development and project management
- Product and transaction documentation and execution
- Business risk management
- Delivering operational and execution excellence
- Working with sales teams to identify high potential projects, prioritizing workflow and setting product pipeline
- Meeting clients in junior product specialist capacity to explain products and portfolio objective
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product development & management in an asset management firm.
- Excellent analytical and research skills and evidence of a solutions mind-set
- Able to demonstrate energy, work ethic and suitability to drive results
- Post-graduate education with first class finance academics
- Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets is a strong advantage
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills mandatory
