The Role
The National Director of Business Development for Solera's LoJack business will be a producing executive and hands-on leader responsible for the performance, development and execution of the national Business Development Manager sales team.
This leader will own the national sales strategy, establish a disciplined operating cadence and create an uncompromising culture of accountability, urgency and achievement. The National director will coach the team, inspect pipeline activity, strengthen sales execution and ensure opportunities consistently advance from initial engagement to closed revenue.
