The DPM assists in providing leadership, operational direction, quality management, and administrative oversight to ensure the successful delivery of technical, programmatic, and administrative support services in support of FEMA's Public Assistance Program and disaster recovery mission.

The DPM supports the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of all contract activities, resources, personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, FEMA policies, federal regulations, and applicable performance standards.
