Inside Sales Administrator

Title:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should also have experience of working with Microsoft office tools especially Word and Excel and CRM tools such as Salesforce would be added advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assistance to support businesses by organizing meetings, tracking attendees, managing calendar and updating records on portal.
Responsible for facilitating sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
Ability to develop new sales analysis with the given data in CRM (Salesforce)
Develop monthly sales report.
Managing and responding to client portal requirements
Provision of through documentation and administrative records
Updating sales team details and managing their holiday calendar
Follow up with Sales leads and coordinators for the accuracy of the data in CRM (Salesforce)
Ability to understand the requirements of the team/management and create dashboard and reports in salesforce
Updating and managing documents in our Sales portal
Ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
