Mentoring and developing engineers across the broader maritime community.
Collaborating closely with the National Maritime leadership team to support business growth and project opportunities.
Delivering studies, designs, technical reports, specifications and documentation for maritime and coastal infrastructure projects.
Promoting quality, safety and engineering excellence across project delivery.
About You:

Strong consulting, engineering or project delivery experience.
The ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
A collaborative mindset and passion for developing capability and sharing knowledge.
Eligibility to work on Australian Defence-related projects. Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances will be highly regarded.
Highly Regarded
Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status or eligibility.
Experience using structural and maritime engineering software such as Strand7, STAAD.Pro, SESAM and/or OPTIMOOR.
