The ADI Technical Support Department is responsible for providing technical customer support and offers both pre-sales and post-sales assistance for over 300 products from 15 to 20 different vendors, covering all aspects of the fire and security industry. We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to develop their expertise within the security and fire protection sector and deliver a high level of technical support to ensure an excellent customer experience. The goal is to contribute to the success of the customer service function, enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
