  1. Ensure safe and smooth operation of all enrty-end equipment including uncoiler, stitching and tension

  2. Follow established operating procedures to ensure production targets are met.

  3. Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition.

  4. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during coil handling, cutting, and changeovers.

  5. Inspect coated coils for surface defects, gloss level, color shade, and edge quality.

  6. Ensure compliance with customer specifications

  7. Maintain accurate records of production runs, including output quantities and machine performance data.

  8. Communicate effectively with coating, entry, and maintenance teams for smooth line operation.

  9. Lead shift handover meetings with proper documentation.

10-Quickly respond to line stoppages or mechanical/electrical issues at exit/entry section.

Operate and monitor entry section to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient handling of coated coils at the final stage of production, maintaining quality, minimizing downtime,maintaining production reports and supporting team coordination.
