Leading Structural Design teams for several concurrent projects.
Lead the department in developing and maintaining standards.
Leading a team of engineers and draughtsman to carry out structural analysis and design of buildings as per design codes.
Modeling and analysis of building structures using the latest design software.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients in terms of design and engineering.
Assist in training and development of junior members of the design team.
Check CAD drawings in 2D and 3D.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
Control project budget.
Office procedures
Increase proficiency and general discipline.
Staff appraisals and coaching.
In addition to the above as per company instructions/directions.
To follow company rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines, for Quality, Safety, Driving Safety and other site/client/field QHSE requirements as applicable. "
