Dermatology Registrar

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conducting non-invasive surgical procedures 

• Diagnosing skin ailments 

• Advising on treatments and prescribing medication 

• Evaluate patients’ skin condition 

• Assess and update patients’ medical history 

• Keep a record of patients’ symptoms 

• Analyses all information regarding skin health conditions 

• Prescribe medication 

• Inform patients about available treatments 

• Monitor the effectiveness of skin treatments  

• Conduct non-intrusive medical surgeries 

• Educate patients on preventive skin care 

• Refer patients to other specialists if needed 

• Attend conferences and seminars to learn about new medical techniques and topics 

• Provide personalized coordinated care, support and treatment for patients and families.  

• Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect. 

• Involving patients in decisions and helping them take actions to support themselves. 

• Involve patients, families and caregivers by providing them with education and resources for offering optimal support to promote recovery. 

• Dedicated to education of health professions students, residents and Fellow physicians so they can work together in multidisciplinary teams to provide competent, ethical and continuous person-centered care.
