En tant que conseiller ou conseillère en gestion du changement, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein d’un programme stratégique de transformation technologique visant la migration des plateformes Atlassian Data Center vers Atlassian Cloud. Vous serez responsable de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de gestion du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption des nouvelles façons de travailler, d’accompagner les parties prenantes et de maximiser les bénéfices d’affaires associés à cette transformation. Vous agirez comme expert-conseil auprès des directions, des gestionnaires et des équipes de projet dans un environnement complexe et hautement collaboratif.
