About This Job
The Field Service Team Manager is responsible for bring focused leadership to a team of service engineers in order to maintain operational capability whilst balancing the needs of the customer, business and the team.
- Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.
- Manage and develop capabilities needed to support the overall Service strategies.
- Identify training needs and keep track of FSE competence improvement and personal development and skills matrix updates accordingly.
- Ensure availability of resources & Manpower.
- Responsible for the FSE's utilization and P3F result including investments and monitor progress against the target setting.
- Support proactive service sales by lead generation in collaboration with Capital and Service sales.
- Ensure that jobs are executed according to customer relationships internally and externally.
- Lead the team even remotely giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the service strategy with a strong customer orientated mindset.
- Implement continuous efficiency improvements utilizing innovative processes and technologies.
- Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
- Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance.
Qualifications & Professional Competencies
- Fluent in English – Reading; Writing & Oral
- Degree of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experiences.
- >3 years of experience of Management role with service experience.
- Experience from improvement tools, E.g., 5S, Project work experience.
