We are seeking a Senior Admin Application Operations to join American Tower’s Information Technology (“IT”) organization. This role serves as a senior-level administrator and technical lead responsible for the end-to-end administration, stability, and operational maturity of application platforms supporting middleware, custom applications and integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Tomcat, WebLogic, ODI[TY1] ) within a global operating model.
This role expands beyond execution to include platform-level ownership, standardization, and continuous improvement, with accountability for environment strategy, configuration integrity, deployment reliability, and operational governance. The Senior Analyst partners closely with engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure applications are operable by design, resilient, and scalable. You will lead efforts in advancing continuous delivery/deployment (“CI/CD”) pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps practices, while ensuring consistent adoption of ITIL[TY2] -aligned processes (change, configuration, release, and problem management).
This role plays a key part in improving platform reliability, reducing operational risk, and driving automation-led efficiency across environments.
