  • Responsibilities 

    • 1.  Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force 

    • 2.  To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi-   

    •      finished products and finished  product. 

    • 3.  Data entry in computer  

    • 4.  Quality and Process control activities during  Shift operation ( 1st /2nd/ 3rd). 

    • 5. Testing of BD, CCS , PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flextural strength and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable. 

    • 6. Handling quality complaints. 

    Key Skills and Qualification:-

    • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.

    • 1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.

    • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.

    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.

The QA Lab Chemist is responsible for testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished refractory products. The role supports production by maintaining chemical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
