Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture
- Assist with set-up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product
- Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products
- Complete proper paperwork per station
- Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
- Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or Manager
Qualifications:
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated
Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Routinely Lift up to 35 pounds
- Stand/walk >90% of the time
