The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.

In this critical care environment, the RN manages complex patient conditions, monitors changes in patient status, and supports rapid clinical decision-making to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
