Manager - Therapy Services

The Manager-Therapy Services is responsible for management and oversight of day to day operations. This position will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of programs tied to growth opportunities within Baptist Health Care and Andrews Institute branded rehab services. This position provides specific attention to the daily operations and productivity of the clinic.
This position will align the rehabilitation initiatives to better improve our brand awareness and profitability for Andrews Institute branded rehab services as well as Baptist Health Care. This position will have patient care responsibilities in addition to management duties. The amount of time spent in each is determined by the size of the clinic/department managed.
