Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do
Chairside Support
- Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of clinical procedures
- Ensure smooth, efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery
Clinical Preparation & Sterilization
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing equipment and sanitizing workspaces
Patient Care & Experience
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused support to ensure comfort and understanding
- Educate and motivate patients as needed to support overall care
Documentation & Records
- Accurately maintain patient charts, records, and treatment notes
- Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor, order, and maintain supplies and equipment
- Track inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials
Compliance & Team Support
- Follow guidelines set by the American Dental Association (ADA), Missouri Dental Board, and organizational policies
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred (not required)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized
- Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Passion for patient care and making a difference
