This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the levels posted, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise. This position is responsible for advanced functional expertise and guidance in the consolidation, analysis and assimilation of measurement data and serves as a technical resource to the associate and measurement analysts. This position uses advanced mathematical and measurement knowledge to analyze and consolidate measurement data utilizing reporting tools and software to calculate all volumes entering and leaving the pipelines accurately and on a timely basis; corrects any errors in measurement and gas quality to ensure the measured volumes entering and leaving the pipeline system are custody transfer quality; helps to resolve any unaccounted for gas and prior period adjustments to meet departmental goals and ensure customers are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
