Sr Operations & Engineering Trainer

This position provides oversight, development and implementation of training solutions and qualification programs to satisfy employee development needs for engineering and other technical teams. Research and implement training delivery that best supports the business needs. Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts. Ensure technical teams are equipped to excel in engineering and operational projects, implementing best practices and new technology as appropriate.
