Basic Purpose Directs and coordinates the engineering and design activities associated with transmission line and the civil/structural aspects of substation design. Oversees the activities of a staff of engineers and design technicians. Responsible for the overall quality of the engineering and design work, for compliance with applicable standards and for meeting schedules and customer expectations.
