Job Description
- 1.Review of existing capacity and reuse of existing equipment.
- 2.Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on the product architecture and requirements, matching it to the state of the art of the production processes and technologies.
- 3.Perform the following "Project Management" tasks within the scope of the Operations Discipline: 1) Defines operations project targets (financial, scheduling and scope).
- 4. Responsible for completing the activities within operations, meeting the specific quality, cost and timing requirements as aligned with the Project Manager.
- - Coordinates and tracks the launch team and project activities, tracks the project progress, defines corrective measures in case of deviations from the project plan.
- 5. Regularly align and reports the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.
6. Provide Lessons Learned and shares experience between plants.
7. Represent operations/ plant in project, customer and supplier meetings.
8. Support different activities based on project needs.
9. Change Management and problem solving management.
Qualifications
- 1.Bachelor or above in engineering or related major.
- 2.3 years or above experience in new product launch in production line or Process experience in Auto electronics industry.
- 3.Good Oral English will be a plus.
- 4.Strong communication and coronation ability.
