Your Role
The Technical Product Lead owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform products and shared technology capabilities. Partners with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to define outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective services that enable product teams to build and run solutions at scale. Establishes success metrics and drives adoption through clear service definitions, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.

The RxCare Platform team is responsible for delivering and operating pharmacy technology solutions that support eligibility, claims processing, benefits, formularies, pharmacy networks, and integrated vendor platforms team. The Technical Product Lead will report to the Director, IT Product Management. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex pharmacy technology solutions, partnering with business, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams to translate business needs into scalable and supportable outcomes.
