TRAINING CONTENT:

• Technische Kommunikation: Anfertigen von Skizzen und technischen Zeichnungen

• CAD-Ausbildung: rechnergestütztes konstruieren von 3-D Einzelteilen und Baugruppen

• sowie das

• Ableiten fertigungsgerechter Zeichnungen

• Fachbezogene Berechnungen (Toleranzen, Passungen, Volumen, Festigkeit)

• Erstellen von Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen

• Anwendung von DIN- und Fachnormen

• Lesen und Anwenden von technischen Unterlagen

• Herstellen von Werkstücken und Montieren zu Baugruppen

• Grundlagen der Steuerungs- und Elektrotechnik

Aufgabengebiete 

Die Aufgaben umfassen korrektes rechnerunterstütztes Anfertigen von Skizzen, Zeichnungen und technischen Unterlagen fachbezogener Art. Das Einsatzgebiet eines/r Technischen Produktdesigner/in liegt hauptsächlich in den Bereichen der Forschung und Entwicklung und in der Produktpflege.
