The Revenue Vehicle Maintenance Manager - Willowbrook will be responsible for managing all aspects of the vehicle maintenance in accordance with customer contractual requirements at the Willowbrook facility for the Metrolinx’s Legacy Fleet Maintenance operations.

This individual will collaborate with the management team, customers, suppliers, partners and involved stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Asset Maintenance Optimization will oversee the vehicle maintenance function including the locomotive and car shop, modifications special projects, wheel and repair shop, HVAC, and maintenance planner shop by using the allotted resources in a cost effective and safe manner.

CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. specializes in providing comprehensive rail fleet maintenance solutions. The company can establish fully dedicated maintenance organizations, including technicians, engineers, procurement specialists, and CMMS professionals. CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. has been selected by ONxpress Transportation Partners to maintain Metrolinx’s legacy fleet, consisting of approximately 1,000 bi-level coaches and 90 locomotives. The company will operate and maintain Metrolinx’s rail maintenance facilities in Etobicoke and Whitby, as well as several servicing locations across the network.
