The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the document control administration for the Metrolinx’s Legacy Fleet Maintenance operations.

This individual will collaborate with the management team, customers, suppliers, partners and involved stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Document Control Manager, will be accountable for uploading deliverables and background information into the document control system, convey/communicate documents to various team members, manage various control logs and update the internal document control database, and assisting with the organization and maintenance of SharePoint folders.

CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. specializes in providing comprehensive rail fleet maintenance solutions. The company can establish fully dedicated maintenance organizations, including technicians, engineers, procurement specialists, and CMMS professionals. CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. has been selected by ONxpress Transportation Partners to maintain Metrolinx’s legacy fleet, consisting of approximately 1,000 bi-level coaches and 90 locomotives. The company will operate and maintain Metrolinx’s rail maintenance facilities in Etobicoke and Whitby, as well as several servicing locations across the network.
