The Senior Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the company by overseeing and managing all aspects of our commercial activities. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial management and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. specializes in providing comprehensive rail fleet maintenance solutions. The company can establish fully dedicated maintenance organizations, including technicians, engineers, procurement specialists, and CMMS professionals. CAD Rail Fleet Services (Ontario) Ltd. has been selected by ONxpress Transportation Partners to maintain Metrolinx’s legacy fleet, consisting of approximately 1,000 bi-level coaches and 90 locomotives.

The company will operate and maintain Metrolinx’s rail maintenance facilities in Etobicoke and Whitby, as well as several servicing locations across the network.
