MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Comprehensive tax compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT)
Ensure timely filing of all declarations to the authorities.
Liaise with stakeholders in the organization (Business, Finance, IT,

central tax in HQ).
• Provide advice to the Middle East and African business, parents
entity, subsidiaries, and representative offices
• Filing, review (in case of 3rd party) Recalculations and confirmation
of tax returns of all jurisdictions under CME
• Main point of contact for tax audit, and taxation requirements (tax
figures and disclosures) in financial audit

Implementation of new tax rules and regulations.
Manage relations internally and externally.

Key benefits of recruiting this role. • Responsible for all tax and government requirements for the 3 direct operations; will be under supervision of the regional tax specialist as well as liaising with local finance lead • Optimized by centralizing/consolidating into 1 role for the 3 direct ops • Critical to maintain full compliancy in the increased complex tax environment in Middle East region. Over the last 12-18 months, Saudi Arabia has significantly intensified compliance enforcement across commercial, labor, tax, and immigration areas. Many companies operating in KSA report more frequent inspections, site visits, and investigations than in previous years.
