About Cardless

Cardless is building the infrastructure for the world's best companies to design, build, and launch financial products. Companies like Coinbase and Bilt use Cardless to create credit cards that feel entirely their own. In an industry where branded financial products usually mean shared logos and shared control, Cardless is built to disappear. Our APIs and components shape the journey from the first application to every purchase, reward, and moment of support that follows, while we handle lending, compliance, and operations behind the scenes.

In September 2025, we raised a $60 million Series C led by Spark Capital, bringing our total funding to $170 million. The team is over 70 people and scaling toward profitability by year-end 2026.

We're looking for kind, humble people with high standards and low egos. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We see what could be improved, make it so, and leave every product, system, and team better than we found it.

About the Role

Cardless is a fast-moving company where high-stakes conversations happen constantly — with partners, investors, and the board. This role exists to make sure those conversations land well. You will be the person who turns a rough idea into a polished deck, a meeting agenda into a tight follow-up, and a pile of data into a clear story.

As a BizOps Associate, you will work directly with Michael Spelfogel (President) to support the execution of day-to-day operations, prepare materials for key external meetings, and keep cross-functional work moving. This is not a strategy role — it is an execution role. The thinking happens at the top; your job is to make sure it is communicated clearly, tracked rigorously, and followed through.

You will be well-suited for this role if you came up through consulting or investment banking, know how to build a 10-slide deck that actually gets read, and want to apply those skills in a high-growth operating environment where the work is real and the stakes are high.

We're headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a beautiful office in Jackson Square.
