Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers or clients to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, etc.).
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Provide regular updates and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Retainer HR Recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs on a retained basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
