The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President and Managing Partner to build and lead this business. This is a rare opportunity to combine the client leadership and transformation expertise of a consulting partner with the scale and product discipline of an enterprise software company.
The Role
As VP and Managing Partner, you will lead TalentForge’s client relationships, commercial strategy, delivery model, and team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them translate workforce and AI ambitions into practical, scalable solutions.
Unlike a traditional consulting practice, TalentForge is designed to turn client engagements into reusable platform capabilities, solutions, and intellectual property. You will establish the operating discipline required to deliver meaningful client outcomes while building a scalable, technology-enabled business.
You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with Eightfold’s executive, product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
What You’ll Own
- Executive client leadership. Build trusted relationships with CHROs, Chief People Officers, transformation leaders, and other senior executives. Help clients shape their AI workforce agendas, challenge conventional thinking, and move from strategy to execution.
- Business and commercial leadership. Own the performance and growth of TalentForge, including its commercial model, operating approach, client portfolio, and customer outcomes.
- Go-to-market strategy. Develop and execute a focused go-to-market motion in partnership with Eightfold’s sales, customer growth, and account leadership teams. Identify opportunities, shape executive-level engagements, and lead strategic pursuits.
- Practice building. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of workforce transformation consultants and technical experts. Establish the talent bar, operating cadence, delivery standards, and culture of the practice.
- Solution development and productization. Ensure that client work produces reusable patterns, templates, and platform capabilities. Create a disciplined feedback loop between the field and Eightfold’s product and engineering organizations.
- Delivery excellence. Build a repeatable methodology for taking clients from workforce opportunity identification through solution design, implementation, and ongoing adoption.
- Partner ecosystem. Develop scalable delivery relationships with strategic consulting and systems-integration partners. Establish clear operating models, enablement programs, and standards for successful co-delivery.
- Category leadership. Help define and communicate Eightfold’s vision for AI-enabled workforce transformation. Represent TalentForge with customers, partners, industry influencers, and other external audiences.

Who You Are
- You are a senior leader—Partner, Managing Director, practice leader, or equivalent—with significant experience selling and delivering enterprise transformation programs.
- You bring deep expertise in workforce strategy, talent, organizational transformation, or human capital and can advise Chief People Officers and other senior executives as a peer.
- You have built or scaled a consulting practice, transformation business, strategic client portfolio, or technology-enabled services organization.
- You have a strong record of originating business, developing executive relationships, and converting complex client needs into successful engagements.
- You understand how enterprise software and services work together and are energized by building a model in which services accelerate platform adoption and long-term customer value.
- You are comfortable operating at the intersection of workforce transformation and technology. You can engage credibly in conversations about AI, data, architecture, governance, and enterprise adoption while partnering closely with technical experts.
- You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams that may include transformation consultants, solution architects, product leaders, and forward-deployed engineers.
- You know how to balance client responsiveness with the discipline required to build reusable, scalable solutions.
- You are a compelling communicator with strong executive presence. You are comfortable in boardrooms, effective in writing, and capable of helping define a new market category.
- Experience with HR technology, talent intelligence, responsible AI, or highly regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
