HR Data Entry Clerk - 12 month contract

As an HR Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately enter and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Maintain and audit HR databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist with compiling reports and HR metrics as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and comply with data protection policies.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry.

Must Have:

• Previous experience in data entry, HR support, or administrative role.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Clear communication skills when interacting with HR team members or responding to information requests.

• Proven track record of high accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with common HRIS platforms such as, SAP, ADP, Workday or BambooHR.
• Experience working in a corporate HR department or shared services environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas).
