We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Compensation Analyst II, supporting our clinical operations team!

The Compensation Analyst II will administer and maintain the compensation program for physicians and other clinical staff. You will support compensation initiatives through analysis and wage planning. You will also be responsible for completing job evaluations and auditing incentive calculations while ensuring compliance policies are adhered to.

• Calculate and administer monthly/quarterly/annual incentive plans.
• Participate in 3rd party salary surveys and analyze results to determine organization's market
• Review and provide guidance to business partners on new changes to job descriptions.
• Ensure FLSA compliance.
• Conduct internal and external analysis on new job descriptions and provide wage range
• Conduct FLSA audits to ensure jobs complies with Federal guidelines
• Perform data analysis and guidance to support ongoing initiatives
• Perform annual benchmarking
• Assist in the annual compensation adjustment planning
• Maintain compensation tables
• Responsible for adding new jobs to the system and perform audits to ensure consistency.
• Participate in the development and implementation of salary administration
• Conduct research, analyzes data, and identifies trends in compensation and continually review current practices and policies to ensure that best practices are being utilized
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned compensation

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University
• 3 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management experience
• Advanced level Excel skills
• Microsoft Access skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3-5 years of compensation experience
• CCP preferred
