The business has sales of about EUR 2 billion and a long tradition as a pioneer in the discovery of new products and their applications for all industry segments.

The Sales Assistant is playing a major role in organizing the 2 MM’s workflow and acts in many cases as first point of contact.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and serve as a primary point of contact for routine customer requests.
• Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotations, contracts, registration files, reports, and customer records.
• Coordinate customer sample requests, promotional materials, and regulatory documentation to support commercial activities.
• Organize meetings, business travel arrangements, visitor receptions, and other office administration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, and Innovation to support customer projects and sales initiatives.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Assistant, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
