As an insurance broker of Deutsche Telekom, DeTeAssekuranz has been the first point of contact for individual and reliable insurance solutions for over three decades. We support our customers with technical expertise and needs-based advice – throughout the Group and for our corporate customers and their diverse insurance requirements.
We focus on people. We don't advise just anyone – we support the people who move our Group every day: our own colleagues. They form your consistent and trusting customer base, which you actively support with your expertise. And through our Family & Friends program, you also help the people who are particularly important to our colleagues.

What you will do with us:
- You will receive incoming inquiries (inbound) and be the first reliable support when our colleagues have insurance questions.
- You advise competently, understandably and with real joy in helping people.
- You will accompany colleagues and their relatives in choosing the right solutions – strong in sales, but always in partnership.
- You build long-term relationships – many colleagues come back to us again and again.
- You will actively contribute to creating security, orientation and clarity: a real value contribution in the Group.
- You document professionally, work in a structured manner and actively contribute ideas to our team.
What you bring to the table:
- An apprenticeship in the insurance industry (e.g. insurance and finance clerk) or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, experience in the telephone and digital consulting environment.
- Enjoyment of sales – in the best sense of the word: customer-centric, solution-oriented, empathetic.
- Desire for an environment in which advice and service are of real importance.
- Openness to learn new things and develop yourself.
