Job Summary

As Centric Software continues to grow across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager – Southeast Asia to own and execute the regional field marketing agenda across key markets.

Reporting to the APAC Senior Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with Southeast Asia Sales and the wider APAC Marketing team to develop and execute marketing programs that generate pipeline, strengthen customer engagement, increase market visibility, and support business growth.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating regional marketing priorities into effective local programs while bringing valuable market, customer, competitive, and field insights back to the regional organization.

This is a hands-on field marketing role requiring strong commercial awareness, independent ownership, and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, customers, partners, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Business Partnership

Own and execute the Southeast Asia field marketing plan in alignment with regional business priorities, sales objectives, and revenue targets.
Partner closely with Southeast Asia Sales leadership to identify and refine target accounts, market opportunities, customer priorities, and initiatives that can contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Work with Sales to prioritize marketing activities across strategic accounts, focus accounts, customer segments, and market opportunities based on business potential and expected impact.
Adapt and execute global and APAC marketing campaigns for relevant Southeast Asia markets, ensuring appropriate local messaging, channels, and customer engagement.
Proactively gather, synthesize, and communicate local market, customer, competitive, and field intelligence to provide management with actionable insights for regional planning, reporting, prioritization, and decision-making.
Bring a marketing perspective to Sales planning and provide recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, campaign performance, and business priorities.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

Plan and execute an integrated mix of marketing programs, including onsite events (tradeshow, conference, seminar, networking), webinars, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and customer engagement initiatives, with a clear focus on pipeline generation.
Develop targeted marketing programs for strategic and high-priority accounts in partnership with Sales.
Partner closely with Sales teams to drive lead follow-up, engagement, opportunity progression, and customer growth.
Monitor campaign and lead performance and recommend adjustments to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Ensure marketing activities have clear objectives, target audiences, follow-up plans, and measurable business outcomes.
Contribute to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline objectives.

Customer & Industry Engagement

Plan and coordinate customer-focused programs including executive events, roundtables, workshops, webinars, customer meetings, press releases, customer stories, and testimonials.
Work with Sales to strengthen Centric Software’s presence and engagement across relevant retail, home & lifestyle, consumer packaged goods, technology, and industry events.
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing customers and support customer advocacy, reference, and retention initiatives.
Capture customer and market feedback from events and field activities and share relevant insights with Sales and APAC Marketing.

Partner Marketing

Develop and execute joint marketing activities with strategic partners to increase market visibility, customer engagement, and demand generation.
Work with Sales and partners to identify opportunities for co-marketing, events, content, and other activities that support pipeline growth.
Coordinate partner marketing activities and ensure agreed actions, follow-up, and measurement are completed.

Content & Industry Marketing

Collaborate with APAC Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Global Product Marketing to localize messaging, customer stories, and campaign assets for Southeast Asia audiences.
Ensure marketing campaigns reflect relevant local customer challenges, market trends, industry developments, and business priorities.
Identify local content and communication opportunities that can strengthen Centric Software’s relevance and visibility within target industries and accounts.

Measurement & Reporting

Track and report on campaign performance, lead engagement, pipeline contribution, event outcomes, and marketing ROI.
Manage and optimize field marketing investments across Southeast Asia in line with business priorities and expected impact.
Maintain accurate visibility of marketing activities, budgets, results, and pipeline contribution.
Provide regular business updates, market insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to APAC Marketing and relevant Sales leadership.
Use performance data and field feedback to continuously improve marketing plans and allocation of resources.

About You

Required Experience

5–8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or a similar role.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, retail technology, commerce technology, customer engagement, supply chain solutions, or related B2B technology sectors.
Proven experience developing and executing marketing programs that contribute to pipeline generation and business outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and working in a commercial, target-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
Experience working with customers and understanding local market dynamics is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to Home & Lifestyle, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Brand-led organisations.
Experience with targeted account-based marketing events/campaigns.
Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM platforms.

Establish and execute an effective Southeast Asia field marketing plan aligned with Sales priorities and regional business objectives.
Deliver measurable marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline contribution.
Build strong and trusted partnerships with Southeast Asia Sales and APAC Marketing.
Establish a consistent flow of local market, customer, competitive, and field insights that improves management visibility and supports regional planning and decision-making.
Improve marketing engagement and coverage of strategic and priority accounts.
Successfully execute customer engagement, demand generation, account-based marketing, event, and partner programs across Southeast Asia.
Demonstrate clear ROI and business impact from marketing investments.
Use campaign performance and field feedback to continuously improve marketing priorities and resource allocation reflects the upcoming plans.

Travel Requirements

Occasional interstate travel within Southeast Asia for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events focuses on impact in measurable business outcomes.
