Your mission, roles and responsibilities
En tant que Responsable Maintenance et Industrialisation du site, vous êtes chargé(e) de piloter la fonction Manufacturing Engineering au niveau de l’usine. Vous dirigez une équipe afin de garantir l’optimisation des processus de fabrication, de promouvoir l’amélioration continue et de soutenir les objectifs stratégiques du site.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Adjoint de l’Usine et membre du comité de Direction, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’atteinte de l’excellence opérationnelle et le maintien des standards de qualité élevés.
Missions
- Garantir la maintenance et la disponibilité des équipements industriels.
- Veiller à l’implication des équipes Méthodes/Industrialisation dans l’ensemble des projets de développement.
- Contribuer à la réduction des capitaux engagés grâce à l’optimisation des coûts de développement et à l’amélioration de la productivité des ressources existantes.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre toute action permettant d’améliorer la qualité des équipements, des produits et des procédés industriels.
- Assurer la cohérence des stratégies industrielles au niveau du site.
- Participer à la formation du personnel opérationnel sur les nouveaux procédés et développer la polyvalence des équipes.
- Garantir la mise en œuvre de la démarche d’assurance qualité au sein de l’unité de production (AMDEC/FMEA, plans de surveillance, instructions de contrôle, fiches d’instructions de poste, etc.).
- Veiller, en tant que responsable opérationnel, à ce que les activités de support atteignent les résultats attendus en matière de performance du Système de Management de la Qualité.
- Encadrer et superviser les fonctions Maintenance et Méthodes/Industrialisation.
- Piloter la démarche TVO (Total Value Optimisation ) afin d'améliorer la compétitivité, la performance industrielle et la création de valeur de l'usine.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Diplôme d’ingénieur (niveau Master) en génie mécanique, génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum 5 années d’expérience en Ingénierie de Production (Manufacturing Engineering).
Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre des méthodologies Lean Manufacturing et des démarches d’amélioration continue.
Solides compétences en gestion de projets, orienté produits et développement de procédés industriels.
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes.
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
