Forvia, a leading automotive technology leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Engineer to join our team at our cutting-edge facility.
As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
- Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
- Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
- Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
- Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
- Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
- Validating and accepting the packaging range
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Competencies/skills
- Minimum High school
- Several years of experience in quality with strong customer focus
- Customer management experience
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- FMEA basic
- Product safety and liability
- Statistical methods
- Fluent in CZ and good level of English
- Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
