Role Summary
基于Caterpillar Autonomous Wide Body Truck (WBT) 自动驾驶平台，负责海外采石场（Quarry）客户无人驾驶解决方案的定义、规划、交付和持续优化。该岗位是客户需求与产品开发之间的桥梁，需要深入理解客户生产运营模式，与 Commercial、Dealer 和 Customer 团队紧密合作，定义客户运营场景和 Operational Design Domain (ODD)，与技术团队制定整体无人驾驶解决方案，并领导跨职能团队完成详细方案设计、验证和交付，最终实现客户价值和商业目标。
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development
客户需求分析与商机支持
- 与 Commercial、Dealer 和 Product 团队合作，支持全球 Quarry Autonomy 商机拓展。
- 深入了解客户业务目标、生产指标、运营模式及痛点。
- 参与客户现场调研（Site Survey）和业务流程分析。
- 支持客户技术交流、方案评审及高层汇报。
- 将客户需求转化为可执行的技术方案和产品需求。
2. Define Quarry Site ODD (Operational Design Domain)
定义客户运行场景（ODD）， 负责建立并维护客户无人驾驶运行边界，包括：
采场布局（Pit / Quarry Layout）; 道路设计与运行条件; 装载和卸载流程; 车辆交通交互场景; 辅助设备协同作业; 环境与气候条件; 网络通信覆盖要求; 安全要求与风险边界; 基础设施要求
3. Site Solution Architecture Ownership
整体解决方案架构定义
- 定义Quarry 应用整体解决方案架构。
- 评估产品能力与客户需求匹配度。
- 制定场地自动驾驶部署策略。
- 明确各子系统责任边界与集成要求。
涉及系统包括：
- Autonomous truck(WBT or OHT)
- Back Office team: Dispatch; map ;
- Site Connectivity and V2X communication
- RTK / GNSS Infrastructure
- NLOS Remote Operation Solution
- Site Collaboration System
4. Lead Cross-functional Solution Development from technical solution side
- 领导跨团队技术评审
- 协调产品、软件、系统、部署等团队资源。
- 与commercial以及NPI team，深入理解Quarry 客户需求， 领导团队分解为详细执行方案。
- 推动关键技术决策和问题解决。
- 负责总体方案一致性和交付质量。
Degree Required
本科及以上学历：
- Bachelor or above, major in Mining Engineering； Mechanical Engineering； Electrical and Electronics Engineering； Automation； Robotics； Computer Science etc
Experience
- 6年以上相关行业经验。
- 具有以下一个或多个领域经验：
Quarry Operations； Mining Operations； Autonomous Systems； System Engineering
- 具有客户现场支持或项目交付经验优先。
Technical Competencies
