As our Revenue Growth Specialist, you'll have real ownership over some of the most commercially important work here: how we price, how we grow our member base and how we use data, experimentation and AI to run a smarter commercial operation. It's a broad remit with room to make your own calls, and the quality of your thinking shows in the results. This is a 9 month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
The job, unfiltered:
Lead commercial programmes end to end: spot the opportunity, build the business case, set the strategy and drive cross-functional teams to deliver.
Own our member engagement and growth strategy, finding where we can add more value for the tradespeople already with us and working with Product, CRM and Sales to make it happen.
Drive subscription performance: look at the health of the member lifecycle, find where value is leaking and lead the work to fix it, from reducing churn to smarter commercial interventions.
Shape our pricing strategy: build the tracking, benchmarking and alerting that keep pricing sharp, and help decide how our model evolves.
Build the case for intelligent operations: find where AI and automation can help the team move faster, then lead the business case and the delivery.
Do the doing. You'll work across several programmes at once and move things forward with others, not just write the strategy.
The fit:
You solve problems on your own: you make tough calls with confidence and bring structure to messy, unclear challenges without needing a playbook.
You've got commercial and marketplace instinct: you understand how pricing, retention and member value fit together, and you spot opportunities others miss.
You're strong with data: fluent in SQL and advanced spreadsheets, you turn messy datasets into clear recommendations that drive decisions.
You communicate persuasively: you lead cross-functional conversations with confidence and build the case that gets people on board and moving.
You've worked in strategy, operations or growth roles, ideally in a consulting firm or a consumer, marketplace or digital platform business.
