Credit Solutions Broker Zurich (f/m), 80-100%
Your Profile
- Solid professional experience in trade credit insurance, with strong knowledge of products, underwriting principles and market practices
- Several years of experience managing and advising a portfolio of mid‑market and/or large corporate clients, ideally in a brokerage or insurance environment
- Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle: day‑to‑day relationship, portfolio monitoring, policy servicing, renewals and negotiations with insurers
- Strong client orientation with the ability to build trust, influence decision makers and act as a long‑term, strategic partner
- High level of curiosity and willingness to understand different business models, industries and value chains in order to advise on working capital and balance sheet optimization
- Dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive topics independently
- Structured and solution‑driven way of working, able to prioritize, manage deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
- Native German speaker, ideally fluent in Swiss German; very good command of English, both written and spoken; French is an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop a portfolio of mid‑market and large corporate clients in the field of trade credit insurance
- Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, finance and risk managers on topics such as working capital management, credit risk transfer and balance sheet optimization
- Lead the full policy lifecycle: structuring solutions, preparing tenders, negotiating terms and conditions with insurers, implementing programs and coordinating renewals
- Proactively identify client needs, analyze business models and credit risk exposure, and translate insights into tailored credit insurance solutions
- Monitor client portfolios and policy performance, ensuring high service quality, timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and other market partners to secure competitive and innovative solutions for clients
- Contribute to business development by identifying cross‑ and up‑selling opportunities and supporting client pitches and presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, value‑adding solutions to clients
