Experienced In-Home Caregiver / Senior Home Care Aide
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00/hour (+ performance incentives)
Locations: La Jolla, CA & North County San Diego
Shifts: Flexible 4-Hour to 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night | Monday–Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Personal Care: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and nutrition/meal prep.
- Specialized Memory & Palliative Care: Provide tailored support for clients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and those under Hospice care.
- Home Support & Companionship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping, hourly care, and meaningful engagement.
- Client Transportation: Escort clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior professional experience in senior care or specialized memory care required.
- Strong communication skills and a passionate, dependable work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
Requirements
- Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
- Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
- Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
- Must have a smartphone with internet access
